Learn how to delete your VoCharge account and what happens to your data

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your VoCharge account at any time. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems. Please follow these steps to delete your account:

Open the VoCharge App

Launch the VoCharge application on your mobile device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Navigate to Account Settings

Go to the main menu and select "Account Settings" or "Profile Settings". This is typically found in the user profile section.

Find Account Deletion Option

Scroll to the bottom of the account settings page and look for "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion" option.

Confirm Deletion

You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Read the information carefully as this action is irreversible. You may need to enter your password or complete additional verification steps.

Final Confirmation

After confirming, your account will be scheduled for deletion. You may receive a confirmation email. The deletion process will be completed within 30 days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your VoCharge account, the following will occur:

  • All personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted
  • Your charging history and records will be removed from our systems
  • Your saved preferences and settings will be erased
  • Any active sessions or subscriptions will be terminated
  • Your profile and account credentials will be removed

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any data or access your account history. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately without refund.

Data Retention

While we aim to delete all your personal data upon account deletion, some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes:

  • Transaction records may be retained as required by financial regulations
  • Technical logs may be kept for security and troubleshooting purposes
  • Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes

Note

Data that has been anonymized or aggregated in such a way that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained for research and improvement purposes.

Before deleting your account, you might consider these alternatives:

  • Deactivate your account: Temporarily disable your account while preserving your data
  • Update your preferences: Modify notification settings to reduce communications
  • Contact support: Resolve any issues you may be experiencing with our service
